service: roughly 60+ hours of trail maintenance/volunteering at events and races

weekends worked: 19 out of 52
races: 3 (as opposed to last year's 14--lame)
medical expenses: a record high
hours logged on new mountain bike since September: 71 (most of which were in Pisgah)
It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. Hell, turning 30 may be much easier than I had anticipated!
